I lost my mobile..can u help me to lock..

Hello,

 I lost my mobile today. In my mobile i have using F-secure anti theft  for mobile. how do i lock that mobile. i send the message to my number to lock. If sim card removed means anti theft will work?. I want to know wheher my mobile is locked or not? Help me please
