Unsafe warning for download

Hi,

 

I'm actually reaching out because a customer of ours has said your software flags our software as unsafe.

 

I'd like to move this conversation to email to resolve why this happens and get it fixed.

Hi,

 

There is a service where you can Submit a Sample of your software for analysis by the F-Secure labs, and they will whitelist it when assessed as safe.  I believe this is usually fairly quick process.
