Updates not working




My F-Secure Internet Security does not update. I have connected to the internet & computer date & time are accurate. Although it says 'Update check was successful' when I click 'Check for updates', it actually does not update. The main window shows 'Virus protection is not upto date'. I tried downloading and running the 'fsdbupdate9' update file but this too does not work. Please assist me.

    A couple of things to check:


      -- Is your license / subscription still in date?

      -- Do you have any other anti-virus or security software on the machine?


    Following that, you could try running the FSAUA-reset Tool and see if that helps.  If not, then I would suggest reinstalling the product, and if that still doesn't solve the problem, you may need to raise a Support Ticket, attaching the FSDIAG file from the Support Tool.
