New product, Can't connect with existing account.

So i bought new f-secure product for 5devices for 2years and now it tells me i cant connect it with my existing account. Please make new one...... Is there any way to get it on the existing account?

I'm not sure if they can do anything but all we can advise here is to submit a Support Ticket, as we can't deal with account issues on the forum, for privacy and security reasons.5 Like
