Super Safe Boost - Talktalk F-secure

Hi, I have f-Secure / Talktalk super safe boost installed on Win 10 PC and I need to access my online f-secure account as the licence seems to have expired whilst I was changing my talktalk package, problem is I can't remember the registered email address to reset my f-secure online password, and emails initiated from talktalk in relation to this are not making it through to me (yes I have checked my inbox and spam).  Any help to resolve would be appreciated.  Thanks.
