Online payment problem

I had banking protection turned on and as a result found that when trying to make online payment to reputable payee (ASDA, premier inn) the final verified by visa function no longer worked and payment would not go through. Turned off banking protection, same problem. The isue is not with my card as was able to make the payments on my phone, so this must be something to do with f secure. Anybody any idea why this is?

    Given that you said you turned off Banking Protection and still had the problem, can I ask what makes you certain this is something to do with F-Secure? Do you have any other browser add-ons which may be causing issues, or any other security products installed?

    I have had the same problem, and it also stops me getting to the payment page for nsandi. But in my case, turning off online protection before pressing the pay button works. It doesn't work if I close online protection after pressing the button.
