I am trying to subscribe to your vpn client, with code given by comcast and I get error message.

You have reached maximum  number of installations. This first time trying. Any help would be nice.

this does not help. this is first device, just got comcast internet and code doesn't work. this is not transfer.

Hi @ckegman,

 

Please get in touch with Comcast to check on your key as you are getting this error with the first time installation. Since the key was provided by Comcast, it is best to get them to look so they can advise further.
