I am also using DuckDuck, and the original message could be about the browsing protection related to F-Secure SAFE. When using DuckDuck plugin, a web browser does not show site rankings (safe, suspicious, harmful, and unknown) as, for instance, regular Google Chrome and Internet Explorer do. However, the browsing protection does prevent you from accessing harmfull websites. So it kind of works, kind of not.
