Hi! My freedome secure give me this message after a few minutes:
"There was a problem connecting to the server
Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact our Support."
What to do? Tried to reinstall all start computer again. Nothing helps. It on a mac.

Could you try to connect to a different location and let us know if the error message happens again? What is the version of your Mac?
Hi and big thansk for your answer. I can´t even connect to location or but my suscription code before the program close. I have a new mac with OS X El Captain version 10.11.6
