How can i change the account from my old Iphone to my new one?
New Iphone, already 3 devices are set. Problem, old IPhone is brocken and i cant use the display anymore
i have the same problem, and so far i tried reaching out to them via twitter, no response

May I know if you have purchased an Apple App store license or a multi device license?
If you have purchased Freedome from Google Play or Apple App Store, you can have Freedome installed on all your other devices as long as these devices are registered to the same Google email address (Google Play) or Apple ID.
For multi device subscriptions, we have the license transfer functionality with Freedome but this is currently available with Windows/Mac/Android devices. If you have a multi device subscription, do you have any other devices apart from your iPhone which has Freedome installed?
In your case, you can try to uninstall and reinstall Freedome on your PC which will inturn initiate the license transfer. Then proceed to install Freedome on your new iPhone and use the license for validation.
More details are mentioned in the KB article about the license transfer functionality. Before you try the reinstallation on the PC, please make sure the old iPhone is switched off so that it does not validate the license again when you initiate the transfer (since you are unable to access it due to the display to uninstall Freedome).5 Like
