Vodafone Security Package

Hi,

i have some issues after a re-installation of my Win10 64bit System.

 

Im using the Vodafone Security Package including the Internet Security and the PC Protection from F-Secure.

 

The Installation of the "Main" programm was successful. I have acsess to the settings, user keys, etc.
The subscription key is also accepted.

 

if i try to install the other program features, the download stops at 50% with the reason "Download failed - Setup could not load all required installation files. Please check your network and try again"

 

Does someone have a solution for this ?

I'm slightly hesitant to respond, as I don't know what, if any, differences there are with the Vodafone package, to the standard F-Secure SAFE product, but often, if the program won't install correctly, this may be due to another security product present on the machine, or not fully uninstalled.

 

My initial suggestion would therefore be to check that no other security products are installed on the device, and if any have been recently uninstalled, locate and run those vendors' uninstall or clean-up tools to ensure all residues are removed.  If you still have problems after that, then run the F-Secure Uninstallation Tool and start the installation again from scratch.
