I have a license for three computers, I do know the key. I'm currently using it on two, so one should be free but it isn't. What's the easiest way of finding that out and freeing one up?

When you install on a new device, it will ask if you want to re-use an inactive license. Say yes to that, and it should 'know' which of your licenses isn't being used.
