How to check only a special directory

Hallo, I'm using S-Secure since 10 years, I have Internet Security 2016 installed. I remember from an earlier version that I was able to define what I want to check - in this version I can't find any point where to set what I want to check, also the external disk can't be checked, I sayed Check zhe complete PC .....
Has someone an idea how to manage it? Thx, pekora

You can right click any file or folder and choose 'Scan for viruses and malware'. With regards an external drive, locate the drive in My Computer, and you can right click scan it in the same way.
