Online scanner "View quarantine" option does nothing

I got some items quarantined by Online scanner which I believe were false positives (also changed the hosts file - removed valid server names !). So I ran the online scanner again to recover them.

It shows there are items in the quarantine and there is a "View quarantine" button, but when I click it, it does nothing.

Windows 7 pro 64 bit

Also Symantec Endpoint protection and Symantec Encryption Desktop installed.

Any ideas how to get the items from the quarantine ?

    Sorry for getting back to you late.

     

    If the Online Scanner does not show anything in the Quarantine folder, please follow the steps in the KB article here to collect the quarantined files. Once collected, you can submit the files (which you suspect to be a false positive) to our labs for analysis.

     

    Please note that the zipped folder may contain malware if any real malware was quarantined too. It is always recommended to submit the zipped files to our labs for verification.
