geo-blocking despite freedome

Noops

Freedome used to work to avoid geo-blocking (e. g. when outside Germany). Now this stopped and I get blocked.

Any ideas what changed?

Could services just learn about freedome and block their IPs since f-secure are outing themselves as the owners?

Any work-arounds?

Also sites like google with the captcha thing and others apparently know they are not ordinary IPs. Why is that?
