Turn off FreeDome over 3\4G

in Privacy VPN

My network doesn't let me use VPN over their network when roaming so I currently have to turn Freedome off before I leave wifi (as I need wifi to install a new profile) and remember to turn it back on when I reconnect to wifi which is a real pain.

 

1) Can I turn Freedome\VPN on and off without having to install a new profile each time.

 

2) Can I just use VPN for wifi.
