Plex Media Server

Hi

 

New to this so have probable posted to the wrong thread, apologies in advance. I run Plex Media server on my Home laptops (PC) but it has now stopped working after I have installed F SEcure via  Virgin Media. I click on the icon to run and nothing loads.

 

Could someone point mein the right direction please.
