Can't install Freedome on Mac

So my 5 day trial just expired, I clicked on the link to subscribe and bought a 1 year subscription. I got a confirmation email with a subscription code.

 

 

When I try to update my subscription through the app it says I have no license after I log in.

 

I tried to install the app again from the link in the email but this doesn't seem to work.

Please use the subscription key which you received in your email for activating Freedome. This and this link provides more information based on your OS.
