So I went to my Freedome screen and it was pure black. I exited, and ran it as adminstrator. It still shows up as all black, and is no longer protecting and encrypting my connections. How do I fix this? And what's wrong?
May I know in which OS are you facing this issue? Have you tried restarting the computer and check the black screen issue?
Is this the recent version of Freedome installed?
I just recently did the option on my computer 'Restart & Update'. That fixed the problem for both this and Skype.
And yes this is a recent version (I re-downloaded this week).
