End Subscription


Hi Team,


I have created wrong login ID and activated the product.

Upon realising the invalid email ID as the login ID I went and end the subscription.


Created another login ID with valid email ID but cannot use back the product key again.


How to resolve the issue?

It's 5 user license

    You would need to create a Support Ticket to change any account details.  But could you not just continue to use the "incorrect" login, if that is already successfully registered to the account?

    the incorrect login is xxx1@xxx.com

    I have registered the license key under this id.


    Upon registration and activation I realize that its wrong email.

    it's supposed to be xxx2@xxx.com


    Now after end the subscription. I can't seems to reuse the License key again

    I think that may be because it is still associated with the original email it was registered to. As I said, you will need to raise a support ticket for this to be looked into.
