Does Freedom provide encrypted trafic?

Does Freedom provide an encrypted tunnel? Does it encrypt all the trafic between me and my isp and all internet trafic?

Thanks for the info! My trial period has now expired. I think the trial period was to short to really evaluate the Freedom. How does the 30 day money back guarantee works? If i upgrade and use it for 30 days and i am  not pleased with Freedom, will i in that case get a refund?
