the code is expired after the 4month of using it (1year subscription x3)

Dear support team,

 

please kindly help me with this issue, as the code stopped working after the four months of using it and I am not sure what to do next. I have paid for one year subscription for the 3 devices, even I have used it for one device though.

 

The product name: F-Secure Freedome.
