Removing Norton AntiVirus from F-Secure Safe

Hi my name is Nam. I recently purchased F-Secure SAFE and have installed it on my PC but it seems to be having problems deleting Norton AntiVirus. It basically says "Please Wait" while we remove Norton Anti-Virus and loads to 62% and then just stays on 62%. Is there any solution to this problem or anything I can try to install it properly on my PC (seeing as I have purchased F-Secure Safe for a year and would like it protecting my computer asap).

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool from here: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20080710133834EN_EndUserProfile_en_us

 

That should remove Norton completely and allow F-Secure to install.  If you still have problems installing F-Secure after removing Norton, then run the F-Secure Uninstallation Tool and start again.
