F-Secure not detecting and removing new folder.exe virus and shortcut virus

Dear all,

 

we have a serious issues.f-secure is not detecting and removing the new folder.exe virus and  shortcut virus.i think this is happening because of f-secure repairing ability is very low.i tried kaspersky and it successfully removed new folder.exe virus and short cut virus.i also noticed that the hidden folders are visible on the USB drive after the removal of virus.so,Please release a patch ASAP since we are getting so many compalints from customers.

You have to take into account that Kaspersky could go wrong.
