Downloaded Freedome once. Installed once. Code doesnt work?

I recently switched to Comcast Xfinity and activated the Freedome VPN that they provide their users. Downloaded and installed the software only once. When I entered the code it said, "You have reached the maximum number of installations with this code."

 

I guess the max for this code is zero, because it has never worked. Any suggestions? The boilerplate help article doesnt help at all. Surprised you dont have a help section dedicated to comcast considering we obviously subsidize your product. Please help.
