how do i cancel a support request after sending a ticket in if i solved my own problem??

    Hi Ron86,

     

    Welcome to our Community.

     

    There is no possibility to cancel the support request once you have created it. However, you can send a reply back to the same ticket updating the status of the issue. You can mention that the issue has been resolved by you.
