Freedome Virtual Network Adapter won't install

in F-Secure VPN

I try to install Freedome to give it a try but when I do the network adapter never installs. I do see the Freedom TAP Driver in my device manager with a yellow exclamation point but not adapter in my network connections. Because of this, Freedome always fails to initialize the VPN. Any tips?

    Is there any particular error message you see when you install Freedome or when you try to turn it on? Please share the error details.

    No error during installation. When I try to turn on the VPN I get that very common "IPV6" error. I tried to follow the instruction and check on the virtual network adapter, but there wasn't one for Freedome. So I went to device manager and saw the driver there with a yellow exclamation point, which means something most likely was wrong.

    If you have not checked this KB article about the same error, please give it a try. If you have already checked it, I would recommend to open a support request for further investigation.
