Moving F-Secure Safe from one drive to another

I need to move F-Secure from one drive (win10) to a new drive (win7). How is this done ?

Do you mean how to move the license?  Uninstall from the Windows 10 device, then, when you install on the Windows 7 machine, doing so via your SAFE Portal, if you have no available license left, it will ask if you want to re-use an existing, inactive license.  Say yes, and it should transfer the license from the Win 10 machine.
