DeepGuard blocking a programme

I have a problem with DeepGuard blocking a programme (VRU CALC 0.51 32bit.exe - a PadLock Excel file). I can't see the file in the blocked list of DeepGuard, but if I disconnect DeepGuard, the programme run without problems. Anyone have an idea to get around this without disconnecting DeepGuard?

The labs can then analyse the file and whitelist it if safe.

Thank you Simon, I already did this, F-Secure analysed the file and found it harmless, so it is now released in the global list
