Connection failure after installing freedome in ios

Hello, I installed freedome in my ipad but now it is not connecting to internet all. What is the reason and what could I do? I am staying in Nepal at the moment.

Hello and thanks for answering. I haven't received any help. Freedome is not on because when I turn it on The internet connection is cut off.

Can you try to connect to a different network/different location and check if the issue persists?

 

If the issue remains, please proceed to open a support ticket in order to get this investigated further.
