Messages from Freedome

I am getting pop-ups from Freedome, that there are new messages for me. How can I read them?

May I know in which OS are you using Freedome? Could you post a screenshot of the message from Freedome so that we can check this further?

on MacOS (actual version) It is from "messages" in the upper right corner. At the moment I deleted the old messages.
