Portal Problem in My F-secure
I went into the Portal on My F-Secure yesterday to allocate the last of my 5 licences to my son's PC. The Portal however does not reflect my licence but tells me I have so many days left of a 3 licence trial. My Subscription on F-Secure confirms I have 305 days left. I have raised an incident through your system but have yet to have a reply and find this service level unacceptable, considering your online chat has been down the whole time too. Please advise what you intend to do to repair this issue.
