Licens not for F-secure SAFEguillty.



I get a message on my screen, that the licens for F-secure SAFE is not guillty anymore and I have to reniew prescription.

It should be guilty  till 2 april 2017 (276 days left.

Referens No. xxxxx. Invoice No. xxxxx. Bought on the 2 april 2016.

What do I do to get it werking again ???????????????

    May I know if you have used your current SAFE license into this device? Were you using a trial version or a previous subscription of SAFE before on this device?


    You can check this link to view your subscription status in My F-Secure page. Can you login to your portal and check if this device is listed for your license?

    I had the trial version first, but ordered and paid for the current safe version. On my account it says guilty until 2 april 2017. It functioned OK untill the message NOT GUILTY  started to come up on nthe screen.


    When I go in under add and yake away programs, My Secure Booster have 44 Mb, but under My Secure Safe it is blanc. Looks like it has been taken away somehow. How do I reinstall the program???
