TROJANS STILL ON MY PC AFTER F-SECURE DEEP CLEAN - TECHNICAL SUPPORT NOT RESPONDED YET

As seen from the screenshot, the malwares are seen inside the email as an attachment (like .xls or .bin), that's the reason they were not removed. In this case, you have to remove the detected emails from your Windows Mail.

Thank you Laksh --I did  mail sweep some weeks ago - then held the unwanted mail in a folder in dropbox untilI had time to find some important lost mail -- Perhaps I should have deleted them all if as the F-Safe uncovered the malware trojans -- I will do this today. Thank you for your advice / support
