F secure not working" Code not valid on this device"

in F-Secure VPN

I purchased the  device subscription, and successful installed freedome on my phone laptop.  However, after i had used it for sometime it stopped working, it started saying this code is not valid for this device. I tried using the same code over asnd over (the only code I have), but it's not accepting it.

 please what can i do.

    May I know how you purchased your Freedome code? Is it from F-Secure? When was it purchased?

    I got it from fsecure, I can not remember exactly when i subscribed for it , but it was due to expire january 2017.
