F -secure safe and Comodo Firewall , it's possible?

Hello, my  question is if possible  install Comodo Firewall with F-secure Safe disabling Windows Firewall.Thanks, Sorry for my Basic English.

    I can't say for sure, but if you disable the Windows Firewall, and the firewall component in F-Secure, then I don't see why a third party firewall would be a problem.
