How to transfer code after reinstall windows?

I install Freedome on 3 platforme
- my iphone

- my ipad

- my computer

Yesterday i need reinstalled windows multiple time on my computer .

Now, i need reset all freedome licence for reinstall Freedom on

- my iphone

- my ipad

- my computer
because i used my 3 licences with reinstallation.

Could you help me please?
