hello i have a question my pc is infected with the zyklon ransom troyan and my word and photo files are encrypted i coud remove the virus but is there a way to decrypt the files ?thanks anyway

Sorry in getting back to you late. We had a word with our lab engineers and we seem to detect this ransomware through different generic detections.

 

However, it is not possible to decrypt the files once it has been encrypted by the ransomware. The course of action we can recommend is to restore the affected files from a clean backup.
