Trying to downlaod above paid subcription but unable to do so??? I have 2 versions of freedome in m applications folder do I need to erase these first as it says cannot be deleted as in use???

May I know what is the error message you get when you try to use your Freedome subscription? Do you have a new license for validation and already have Freedome installed on your device?
