F-Secure Chat not working?

I've tried three separate times for last half hour. Hoping I'm only one experiencing this frustration ...


In short, each time I sat there waiting ... Until it kicked me off. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong? I couldn't find anything in either F-Secure's or LogMeIn's documentation on this occurring.

    I'd post the collection of screenprints if it would allow it; amusing, were it not an hour of my life gone ...

    From what I understand, it times out if a support person is unavailable after given period, and you just get unceremoniously kicked out, but there is no message to explain why you can't connect. This could obviously happen if they are exceptionally busy, or if you are trying to connect outside of chat support hours. I have to say, it could be a better experience for customers.

    Thanks for the insight! (It was during business hours, but I'll assume some other cause. Regardless, they did email me back within the 24 hours ...)
