Internet Security Windows Offline Update
Hello,
I'm attempting to perform an offline update to the latest edition of Internet Security on Windows 7. I have downloaded the fsdbupdate9.exe tool, but it doesn't do anything. I only get the message "Could not get CCF AVA data directory..." It then spends quite a bit of time uncompressing the file, and the install then fails.
Is there any way to update Internet Security offline? Normal automatic updates work correctly, but I cannot find an alternative to download database updates.

Hello,
The "F-Secure Internet Security 2016" product licence can only be activated online, so a live connection to the net is required. Thereby, the notion of offline update or version upgrade cannot be interpreted.
Furthermore, when there is no net access, the product's protection power is about 40% lower, especially against newly emerging threats, because the ORSP cloud queries cannot be performed but those are very important for real-time protection.
