login with a secondary laptop

I have F-Secure running on my main desktop PC in my house and I am trying to get it to run on my laptop. But when I log onto F-secure it does not accept my password and the Capicha confirmation I am not a robot can run a few times before it finally kicks me to open a new account then refuses to open the account telling me the email address is already in use. (which I know it is in use because I am the user of that account, but it won't let me in) I am a Virgin customer and have tried it from their site with no success

The logical explanation would be that you are using an incorrect password. Bearing in mind also the CAPTCHA issue, I'm sorry to ask such a basic question, but could you by any chance have had your Caps Lock on? Both the password and CAPTCHA would be case sensitive.
