Application bypassing the VPN on Windows

Hi,

 

I noticed today that on the Android version you can choose apps to bypass the VPN. Is this possible on the Windows version? I couldn't find it. I'd want to make my Teamspeak bypass the VPN, cos sometimes I use the VPN to use e.g. Katsomo in Finland (I live in Germany) and all my friends are like "oh are you in Finland now, let's meet!".

I would really appreciate it if this was available on PC version as well.  Is there any answer to this question?

The 'Apps bypassing VPN' option is available in Android and not in Windows.
