Repeated notifications that product has expired when it has not
I am getting repeated notifications, on Winows 10, that my F-secure safe has expired when it has not. Another notification was that an upgrade was available which I successfully installed. Yet I still get constant expiry notifications. It does not happen on the four other devices I have the product on. I have even deleted the "Trigger" file to no avail. Before I get really cross and throw the PC out of the window, can anyone help with this?

Regards to this, can you provide the screenshot of the expired message and the pop up in order for us to check. And please login to your SAFE account and check the expiration, is it showing the correct expiration date or is it showing as expired?

Apologies for the delay in replying.
I did sort the problem out eventully. I can't quite remember how because I was having a lot of problems with my router which complicated matters. I can confirm that "my Safe" was showing that all my devices had some 190 days of licence left but I was still getting the reported pop-up on one of my 5 devices (my desktop) Anyway, the problem went away, probably after allowing an "upgrade." Sorry i can't be of more help,
