Renewal Key not working

Am i doing something wrong? I am trying to enter my renewal key on my mac and it says it is unable to validate. I used the same code on one other device fine, its a 3 item code. 

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Freedome to No Avil. All this after i was singing freedomes praises the other day!! Very unimpressed.

    Sorry to know about this issue. Can I know what version of MAC you are using and is there any error message appear when you tried to enter the code?
