Purchased renewal key, it simply doesn't work

Hi guys,

    Little frustrated with this one.

 

I purchased a 5 device key through the 12+3 month anniversary offer for €59.90, an offer received the day before the 50% off May discount I might add which I'm already not particularly impressed with.

 

The key supplied does not work.

 

I have 2 macs, a Windows machine and two iOS devices.  None will accept the key.

 

I contacted chat support and received instructions to uninstall and reinstall (for Mac only).  The script supplied appears to be outdated and even after a manual removal I've had no luck.
