Use my iOS subscription on Windows

I tested this service on my iPad and was impressed. 

I purchased a one year subscription and is very happy. 

 

However I would now also like to use it on Windows, I downloaded the client but then I don't know what credentials to use in order for me to take advantage of this previous subscription. Obviously my apple id won't work. 

 

What is the process?
