How to get F-Secure apps (.apk files) without the app stores?

Hi F-Secure Team,

 

Since we are talking about anonymity and security:

How to get the F-Secure smartphone (e. g. Freedome) apps without the need to register at the Google, Microsoft or Apple app stores?

 

In my opinion it should be possible to download the .apk files directly from a F-Secure ftp sever.

Is F-Secure offering such an option (frankly: this  should be mandatory for any security solution provider)?

 

Nothing makes less sense: Installing the Freedome app for "anonymity" while at the same time exploiting all my smartphone data to Google, Apple or Microsoft...

Hello Lava,

 

Sorry to say you still need to login to your Apps Store in Android or ios in order to proceed with the installation for Freedome. We do not have a direct link or installer without login to the App store. But Google is planning to have PlayStore enabled without account in future release.
