YouTube videos dont play right

When I go to YouTube through Safe and try to watch video,audio for video dont sync with video,
there is big cap between sound and picture.
Another problem, when I try to change video to full screen I get message "your browser dont support
full window" I have iPad with Safari and iOS 9.3.1
