f secure does not work

i was recommended by facebook to do your scan.but it does not go further than downloading.

I can not get into my Facebook account anymore, what can I do to solve this problem?

I downloaded Fsecure_T170668429....exe.

If you do a quick search, there's a long thread on here about the Facebook scanner issue. I think you just need to let it run, which may take a while. There's more info in the thread.

Hi Satto,

 

You will be prompted to run the Facebook Online Scanner if Facebook suspect there were some suspicious behavior when you login to your Facebook account. As mentioned by @Simon you need to download the Online scanner and run it later to start the scan. Once the scan is finishes you should be able to login to your Facebook as before.
